Position

Business Development / Sales Manager BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) – Central and Eastern Europe

 

Tasks

  • Promotion of BPO services, addressing clients’ needs across CEE countries
  • Acquisition of new BPO clients for SCM and CRM (customer service) solutions
  • Identification of new market opportunities within the outsourcing sector
  • Generation of new BPO client leads across current and new markets
  • Maintaining and extension of current relationships with BPO clients
  • Operational lead of CEE business development / sales team
  • Initiation of cross-border sales initiatives
  • Compilation of sales funnel and definition of timeline
  • Participation in BPO initiative tracking and proactive activity reporting to SVP
  • Constant identification of potential performance improvement measurements

 

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Several years of experience in sales / project management (sales background)
  • Large network of potential BPO customers, track record within outsourcing industry
  • Knowledge of call centre services sector and respective IT / software solutions
  • Strong understanding of current BPO industry developments
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calling)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail, fact-based decision making and structured approach
  • Good presentation and communication skills (in English, written and verbal)
